Legal fees

Refunds of fees for legal services provided by TruWill Legal, PLLC (the “Firm”) are governed by your engagement agreement with the Firm.

Charges by TruWill, Inc.

Due to the personalized nature of the legal documents and the substantial work involved in preparing and shipping your completed trust and will binder, we maintain a clear policy regarding refunds after the documents have been sent.

No refunds after shipment: No refunds will be offered for payments to TruWill, Inc. once the binder containing the completed trust and will documents has been shipped to your address. This shipment marks the final delivery of the core service.

Processing time

Approved refunds will be processed and returned to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days of the request.
