Deposit refund

We require a $100 fully-refundable deposit to secure and confirm your initial onboarding call.

Full refund available: You are eligible for a full $100 refund of your deposit if you cancel your onboarding call or decide not to proceed with the service before the trust and will documents are shipped.

Service and document refund

Due to the personalized nature of the legal documents and the substantial work involved in preparing and shipping your completed trust and will binder, we maintain a clear policy regarding refunds after the documents have been sent.

No refunds after shipment: No refunds will be offered for the $100 deposit or any subsequent payments once the binder containing the completed trust and will documents has been shipped to your address. This shipment marks the final delivery of the core service.

Processing time

Approved deposit refunds will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days of the cancellation request.
